• Smooth lease signing and move in process with a detailed move in inspection video.
• Annual inspection of property with lease renewals.
• Seamless move out process with a detailed move out inspection video, and timely return of tenant security deposits.
• Coordinate contractor estimates and repairs.  Ensure work is complete in a timely and professional manner.
• Accept online rent payments from tenants.
• Monthly financial reports to owners and direct deposits by the 15th of the each month.
• Manage eviction process (if necessary) and handle any court appearances.
